Hey guys, another installment of beauty favourites. I missed last weeks’, but can I take a second to show my appreciation to all my readers. Week 1 and 2 were so well received, it’s really encouraged to keep this going. I’m not a beauty pro so I wasn’t expecting the amount of responses I’ve had so far, but I guess people are keen on discovering new beauty bit.
Ha! You can call me the ‘drugstore girl’ this week.
Batiste Dry Shampoo. For those who wear weaves or extensions like myself, you might agree that a dry shampoo comes in handy. I like that the Strength and Shine Batiste Dry Shampoo doesn’t have a strong over powering odour like many hair products do.
Neutrogena Nourishing Body Lotion. I like Neutrogena products, I think they do just what they say they do. I recently changed my everyday body lotion because I wanted to try something different as the weather got colder and harsher- this one right here is a gem. The odour isn’t in any way over powering, very mild and the texture feels amazingly smooth on the skin.
Neutrogena Visibly Clear – Rapid Clear Treatment. This was the IT product that made me believe in Neutrogena. SPOTS BE GONE I call it.
Johnson’s Face Care Makeup Be Gone Refreshing Wipes. I recently changed face wipes, the old one dried out too quickly and I thought it was because it was cheap. I added a few extra pennies to get this one – so far, it’s winning!
Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation. I actually layer this over my foundation in darker areas where I don’t get enough coverage, it gives such a nice blend and very smooth too. I usually swear by Mac foundations because I get the best match from there, but this works really well too.
Joules Lovely Scrubbly.
