Reading Resolution

It’s being an awful long time since I last read a novel. The last novel I can remember reading was ‘The Help’ circa 2013. One of my resolutions this year is to go back to reading novels. I mean, I pick up the Metro newspaper every morning, skim through a few eye-catching articles, I grab the Evening Standard every evening for my journey home, on weekends I go through my fashion magazines and I often read random things online etc. I think I read enough to stimulate my mind but I actually miss reading novels. Tender is the Night by F Scott Fitzgerald.

I recently started on Tender is the Night by F Scott Fitzgerald sent to me by The Folio Society. After seeing the Gatsby, I was intrigued by the author. He wrote that, ‘Gatsby was a tour de force, but this is a confession of faith.’

Here is one fun fact about me – The first book I read was Lucky by Jackie Collins in 1999.
